1. Bezahlung / Abwicklung:

Bei Downloadartikeln (E-Books / PDF-Dateien) wird Ihr persönlicher Download innerhalb von 2 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang freigeschaltet! Bei Hood erfolgt die Zahlungsabwicklung direkt durch Hood, eine sofortige Freischaltung kann ausschließlich bei Sofortzahlungen erfolgen. Es stehen ausschließlich die von Hood wählbaren Zahlungsmethoden zur Auswahl.

2. So gelangen Sie zu Ihrem Download:

Sie erhalten von unserem System eine E-Mail, worin Ihre Downloadlinks enthalten sind. Sollten Sie die Mail nicht finden, prüfen Sie bitte den SPAM/JUNK Ordner. Den Downloadlink kopieren Sie anschließend in Ihre Browser-Adresszeile und durch Öffnen des Links startet dann der Download.

2.1 Weitere Informationen zum Download:

ACHTUNG! Sobald Sie den Download getätigt haben, hat die Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen. Unser System zeichnet diesen Vorgang auf. In diesem Moment erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vorzeitig! Mehr dazu lesen Sie bitte in unserer Widerrufsbelehrung. Sollten Sie es sich doch anders überlegt haben, so ist ein Widerruf nur so lange möglich, wie der Download von Ihnen noch nicht durchgeführt wurde.

EMPFEHLUNG! Nutzen Sie einen aktuellen Browser von Mozilla Firefox oder Google Chrome, um Probleme zu vermeiden. Führen Sie den Download an einem Desktop-PC oder Notebook mit fester Internetverbindung durch, dies erleichtert Ihnen das Abspeichern und Sichern der Daten. 3. Zeitraum für Downloadartikel:

3.1 Wann der Download freigeschaltet wird:

Ihr Download wird nach dem Bestell- und Zahlungsvorgang binnen 2 Stunden automatisch freigeschaltet, der Downloadlink wird Ihnen dann per E-Mail zu gesendet. Wir bitten um Verständnis dafür, dass es in Hochzeiten (an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen) zu Verzögerungen kommen kann. Sollten Sie Ihren Downloadlink nicht erhalten haben, bitten wir Sie uns zu kontaktieren. Wir antworten an Arbeitstagen (montags bis freitags) binnen 48 Stunden. Bitte beachten Sie auch Feiertage, welche nicht für jedes Bundesland gelten, ebenso kann es im Bereich von Brückentagen zu Verzögerungen kommen. Für etwaige Verzögerungen bitten wir um Geduld und hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis. Bedauerlicherweise kann es in seltenen Fällen passieren, dass der Downloadlink nicht sofort bei Ihnen ankommt, in diesen Fällen senden wir Ihnen den Download während unserer Supportzeiten von 08:00 bis 14:00 Uhr (montags bis freitags) noch einmal manuell zu.

Das Betriebssystem (Windows, Mac, Android, IOS, usw.) spielt hierbei keine Rolle. Lediglich Adobe Acrobat Reader sollte auf Ihrem Gerät installiert sein. Sollte dem nicht so sein, können Sie das Programm oder die App problemlos und kostenlos über die Homepage von Adobe oder über den App-Store Ihres Endgeräts herunterladen und installieren.

5. Abspeichern von Downloadartikeln:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie für das Sichern der gekauften Downloadartikel verantwortlich sind. Sie können die heruntergeladenen Inhalte auf Ihrem System beliebig kopieren und auch auf Ihren eventuell vorhandenen anderen Systemen nutzen, soweit Sie hierbei nicht gegen das Copyright verstoßen (Ein Verstoß gegen das Copyright wäre z. B. der Weiterverkauf und die damit verbundene Vervielfältigung der heruntergeladenen digitalen Inhalte). Die KFZ-Verlag GmbH ist nicht verantwortlich bei Datenverlust auf Ihren Systemen, bitte sichern Sie daher alle heruntergeladenen Inhalte auf externen Medien wie z. B. USB-Sticks. Nach Ablauf der Downloadfrist ist eine erneute kostenfreie Freischaltung nicht möglich.

6. Ausdrucken von E-Books:

Unsere E-Books sind rein für die Ansicht am Bildschirm vorgesehen und sind daher vor dem Ausdruck gesperrt. Weiter sind alle unsere E-Books auf jeder Seite mit einem transparenten Wasserzeichen im Hintergrund versehen. Der Ausdruck - auch auszugsweise - von E-Books ist weder für private noch gewerbliche Zwecke möglich. Da wir alle unsere E-Books auch in Printform anbieten, empfehlen wir Ihnen kein E-Book zu kaufen, wenn Sie die Unterlagen ausgedruckt benötigen.

7. Probleme beim Öffnen eines E-Books:

Sollte bei Ihnen das Problem auftreten, dass Sie ein E-Book auf Ihrem System nicht öffnen können, dann liegt das daran, dass Sie eine App bzw. ein Programm nutzen, welches nicht die vorgegebenen Kriterien zum Öffnen unserer E-Books erfüllt. Programme, die den Kopierschutz unserer E-Books nicht unterstützen, zeigen häufig an, dass Sie zum Öffnen ein Passwort benötigen. Häufig kommt es in diesem Zusammenhang auch zu Darstellungsfehlern, sodass teilweise Grafiken oder Texte nicht korrekt dargestellt werden. Bitte lesen Sie hierzu unseren Punkt 4 Systemvoraussetzungen genau durch, um das Problem zu beheben. 1. Payment / processing:

For download items (e-books / PDF files) your personal download will be activated within 2 hours after receipt of payment! On Hood payment is processed directly by Hood. Immediate activation can only take place with immediate payments. Only the payment methods selectable by Hood are available for selection.

2. How to get to your download:

You will receive an e-mail from our system which contains your download links. If you cannot find the email please check the SPAM/JUNK folder. Then copy the download link into your browser address bar and open the link to start the download.

2.1 More information to download:

ATTENTION! As soon as you have made the download the execution of the contract has started. Our system records this process. At this moment the right of withdrawal expires prematurely! Please read our cancellation policy for more information. If you have changed your mind you can only revoke your consent as long as you have not yet completed the download.

RECOMMENDATION! Use an up-to-date Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser to avoid problems. Carry out the download on a desktop PC or notebook with a fixed Internet connection. This makes it easier for you to save and back up the data. On mobile devices (tablet, smartphone, etc.) we recommend that you only download with a connection to a stable WLAN. Mobile Internet can lead to problems for example with insufficient reception or used data volume over which we have no influence.

3. Period for download items:

You have 30 days to complete the download. You have 10 chances to start the download for all items to be downloaded so if something goes wrong with the first download attempt you have some more attempts.

3.1 When the download will be activated:

Your download will be activated automatically within 2 hours after the order and payment process. The download link will then be sent to you by email. We ask for your understanding that there may be delays during peak periods (on weekends and public holidays). If you have not received your download link please contact us. We reply within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Please also note public holidays from Germany, and there may also be delays in the area of bridging days. We ask for your patience for any delays and hope for your understanding. Unfortunately in rare cases it can happen that the download link does not reach you immediately. In these cases we will send you the download again manually during our support hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) after you let us know that you did not receive your download link.

4. System Requirements:

All of our e-books / pdf files / download articles can be opened easily on any computer, smartphone, tablet, etc. The operating system (Windows, Mac, Android, IOS, etc.) is irrelevant. Only Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed on your device. If this is not the case you can download and install the program or app easily and free of charge from the Adobe homepage or from the app store on your device.

5. Saving of download articles:

Please note that you are responsible for backing up the purchased download items. You can copy the downloaded content on your system as you wish and also use it on any other systems you may have provided you do not infringe the copyright (an infringement of copyright would be for example the resale and the associated duplication of the downloaded digital content). KFZ-Verlag GmbH is not responsible for data loss on your systems so please back up all downloaded content on external media such as for example USB sticks. After the download period has expired it is not possible to activate it again free of charge.

6. Printing e-books:

Our e-books are intended purely for viewing on the screen and are therefore blocked from being printed out. Furthermore all our e-books are provided with a transparent watermark in the background on every page. The printout - even in part - of e-books is not possible for private or commercial purposes. Since we also offer all of our german e-books in print form we recommend that you do not buy an e-book if you need the documents printed out.

7. Problems opening an e-book:

If you encounter the problem that you cannot open an e-book on your system it is because you are using an app or program that does not meet the specified criteria for opening our e-books. Programs that do not support the copy protection of our e-books often indicate that you need a password to open them. In this context display errors often occur so that some graphics or texts are not displayed correctly. Please read our point 4 system requirements carefully in order to solve the problem. The problem is solved if you use Adobe Acrobat Reader as an app to open PDF files you then do not need a password to open our e-books.
